Course Description: In this course students will investigate the three pillars of sustainability; environmental sustainability, social sustainability and economic sustainability by exploring the impact of their daily decisions and actions. Using the United Nations Sustainability Goals and global case studies as a guide, students will utilize a design thinking learning approach to synthesize and prototype solutions that will lead to local and global sustainability.*Prerequisite: Student must have taken MYP Innovation and Design (Social Entrepreneurship) and be an 8th grader. Requires teacher recommendation.
