Clubs

 

The mission of The Diversity Leadership Club is to provide a safe and inclusive space for all members of the school community regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or ability and is geared to any student looking to foster a school-wide culture of appreciation for diversity. Members of The Diversity Leadership Club are open-minded and ready to spread the message of inclusion and acceptance throughout the school and community.

 

In order to attend meetings, students will need to sign up through “My School Bucks” on the Mesa Middle School website.  A $30 fee will be charged for the school year.  This club will meet on the 2nd and/or 4th Thursday of each month in room A 203 - Atlas pod.

Students will work together to create a solution for the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals. Students will work on teamwork skills, research skills, and will learn how to create and edit a video showcasing their solution. Students will present their ideas to a panel of judges.

We will meet the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 2:45-3:45 in room D101 starting after fall break until March.

Join our Lego and Chess Club fall session!  In this combo club, you can build with legos or play chess.
