Welcome to Eight Grade Language and Literature on The Panda Team! I am so excited to share this year together. My goal for the year is to encourage and empower each student to grow both academically and personally.  My name is Lauren Dyche and I am the 8th grade English Language Arts teacher for Team Panda. I am so excited to be a part of the Mesa family and the Castle Rock community!  My role as a your student's English teacher is not only encourage them to yearn for a deeper understanding of assigned curriculum, but also to provide a safe environment to help in yielding a sense of security for each individual students learning needs. I strive to create an environment that not only encourages deeper and more meaningful learning experiences, but one that also encourages their inner passion to want to use what knowledge they’ve acquired and apply it to their daily lives. I want my students to ignite their inner passion for learning, and with that passion further themselves to go wherever they desire to go in life.

Student Accountability- A time for growth and high school preparation.
