Grading


Most assessments in French class take the form of a project, presentation, or writing assignment.  
This class uses the 4 IB assessment criteria for language.  They are:

A: Comprehending spoken and visual text
B: Comprehending written and visual text
C: Communicating in response to spoken, written, and visual text
D: Using language in spoken and written form



Objective A: Strand I

Strand i: identify basic facts, messages, main ideas and supporting details

Requirements of IB

IB requires you to assess each strand TWO times in one year. Below is a small chart of what that would look like
